I really appreciate the availability of high-quality templates, which makes it easy to create videos quickly and customize them to my needs. Frequent updates introduce new features and AI capabilities, each improving the overall experience and workflow.

Cons:

Occasionally, technical issues occur. While support responds immediately and resolves problems quickly, communication is limited to email only—there is no option for live calls or screen sharing, which would make troubleshooting easier. Another drawback is the lack of a project library feature; all saved files are in one list, so I have to scroll through multiple projects to find what I need.

One of the most striking elements of Powtoon is the simplicity of its design, and the ability to generate professional quality products, with multiple applications for institutions that want to make short videos and show a procedure, promote a product, generate interactive instructions, and colorful, and much more.All these applications for daily use increase our possibility of generating content that increases sales, for example, making our brand more established in the market, and the most important thing is that we do not need professionals in the area of graphic design to generate spectacular videos from Powtoon.

Cons:

Powtoon has expanded enormously and its use has spread very quickly, which has demanded the need to integrate with third parties to develop greater compatibility with products used in organizations. One of the best forms that Powtoon has adopted is integration through APIs, which guarantees connectivity with multiple existing systems in companies. In addition to that Powtoon is willing to listen to customer needs and constantly increase the number of tested and validated integrations.

The videos that I've made to teach my students was definitely more appealing than a regular power point.

Cons:

It is very pricey to buy. The free version is very limited. You can only make three minute videos with the free version.

I've used editing programs for quite some time, but for such a low cost, this is the greatest one I've found thus far. With this tool, making animated video material is surprisingly simple. I don't like being on camera and this solves that by making entertaining informational educational videos. They're all stored on Powtoon so don't have to store them on my computer.

I've used Powtoon since 2014. It's gotten better because they're always keen on getting feedback and making the product better, and listening to what we want in the software. They have good customer service so problem solving is quick. You can put your videos in folders, which helps when you have so many. I have a teacher package so cheap. You can also make powerpoint/slide shows.

Cons:

Branding in corner of film and at end, but I get a cheaper deal because of this . Business deals don't have the branding.

The variety of templates is one of the great features. So, I don't have to create a similar video every time; Each video is unique.

Cons:

Well, the pricing. It is super high. Also, faced few issues with the Arabic language during the free trial. Could be fixed by now tho.

Animated videos can be easily created using PowToon

Initially when I started using the platform, the features and functionalities seemed very difficult to understand. Once I understood the same I was able to professional animated videos. The videos made looked like the ones created by an experienced professional.

I have no prior experience with creating videos and I was able to easily create multiple, engaging training videos for staff.

Cons:

I wish the ability to customize characters for your branding guidelines was less pricey. It would also be useful to have additional character options to choose from.
