The search is extremely user-friendly, and image descriptions make it easy to get to what you are looking for quickly. The trick is not spending all your time browsing at the massive amount of offerings. #### Cons There are a great deal of images and sometimes you need to go through several pages to get just the right one. It also helps us to utilize, repurpose, and scale the large library of assets that we currently have at our disposal. Shuttlerock's quick turn service has been a huge help to our marketing teams, and has given us better quality creative in less time. #### Cons Day-to-day project management seems to bottleneck a bit. We are currently considering the premium level subscription, partially due to this obstacle. For me to have to be the middleman between my different teams & shuttlerock cloud often results in project delays. Having a more hands on project/account manager would greatly help in this area. #### Reasons for switching to Shuttlerock The creative assets that our in-house team was able to DIY in Canva just weren't cutting it.
