No incentive was offered While it's laid out in such a way to make it easy for users to get started, Copilot and the Agent's themselves are limited and I would not rate the resulting agents "production ready". #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Customer support: 3/5 - Functionality: 2/5 #### Pros It works okay if you want to get a quick bot out that basically performs a search of a website. #### Cons First of all, it's very restricted with what you can do with a basic license. The functionality is also very limited. For instance, you can have your "Agent" obtain data from online SharePoint documents, a SharePoint Document library, or a SharePoint website. However, you can't get data from a SharePoint list. Why is this implemented out of the box? Second, I set up instructions for my agents. I asked it to summarize a bunch of PDF documents.
