Big Boss Of Chatbot

Overall experience is good for trivial and simple use cases. We did integrate with Microsoft teams.

PROS

It is very easy to create chat flow in the Power Virtual Agent . It has a strong connection with other power platform apps.

CONS

Power virtual agent cannot stand independent in the market and capture the share as they cannot work without the help of other Power platform products

Since power platform comes with office 365 license ,we tried to utilise it.
