Need more training for staff and lots of pop ups interrupt the service of the guest but once you learn it can be streamlined.

All the data points  , endless reports  , great value and quick to run ,  multi layered and great for different functions the front desks and staff need to use and for management to review.

I will say that my customer service experience has improved over time with Opera and there seems to be progress in the overall functioning of the company.

Love the software,  used for a long time and great for my staff compared to other products.

Anyone can learn & understand easily. The interface is so user friendly.

In 37 years of hospitality work this I the worst system I have ever used.

Great to manager your front desk for hotels or cruise ships, rooms or cabins.

The rooms assignment functions are very smart help me recognize instant available rooms for guest and check all room status. The interface is also user-friendly.

It helps keeping management up to date w.r.t low inventory such as food, cleaning equipment and tools, guest supplies, room cleaning etc.

Helps with walk in reservation and also helps with price adjustment over the weekdays / weekends. Overall I had a limited but good experience with this tool.

The interface is not working pop ups are very annoying and freeze the software which forces me to close the whole system down.

Monthly maintenance has cons along with the obvious pros. Things break but it will be too late to realize what broke and should wait for next maintenance to get it fixed.

This oracle HCM is deliver the potential performance with the customer and business. Very friendly GUI and everyone can easily learn.

Its industry best functionalities, well defined Process and easy UI.

I like that it is configurable. I am really interested in the HR help desk.

Not too much customization possible. Limited context fields available.

I just think there must be something wrong in the whole setup which noone seems to understand or care about - both are very problematic.

Inability for different parts of system to speak to each other.

Effective Visualization tools like workforce Modelling with a view of cost and benefits analysis for moving workforce with in the enterprise.

I was very surprised to read all the happy and positive references and after weeks of thinking I decided to write this one, which likely will be deleted.

The UI/UX used to be very confusing and outdated, and while it's improved, it can still be somewhat difficult to find things as simple as where to enter time off.

Auto defaulting fields are not easily set up. Finding setup tables is  a struggle at times for certain  parts of the day.

Great experience as a implementation consultant and a user.

System Implementers doesn't seem to know how to configure the System. Too many customization needed to meet simple business requirements which will cost money and Time with no guaranteed end result.

Integration and data extraction is tricky ; need to have more rest services; need automation to extract data from cloud to on premise.

It solves the purpose of having one system of record for all data points.

Sluggish old fashioned user interface - low end user acceptance.

Global capabilities - but it is not implemented in current company. I like the unified platform and integration advantages.

It has some good features as workflow configuration and Customizable forms, also the System has some good reporting capabilities.

Customer support sometimes difficult. Navigating all the Oracle resources can also be difficult.

It's nice that you automatically get email updates regarding the status of your time off requests. I also appreciate that a large UX/UI overhaul in the app made it easier to use.

So although a negative at first the company is optimizing this system constantly for use in training and development.

It was very nice to see a user friendly system when our company purchased #OracleHCM in 2016.

Great and easy to use that can help customers with their day to day tasks and  integrations with other customer products.
