People were eager to help and always found a solution. Understand there were a lot of request on our end, and the Ansarada team kept good performance throughout these issues that surged during our VDR process. Also available and communicative over the phone, which is appreciated. #### Cons I found the general setup structure on the index quite cumbersome. On our end we were trying to have a base unredacted VDR index and another one that was redacted and renamed. Would be helpful to have a staging folder option under the Manage > Documents options on the left hand side of the screen. The features I love the most are bulk upload and import folder structure, which saves so much time. I also really appreciate their support whenever you have questions and the security settings, which are very self explanatory. #### Cons The naming of documents could be done better. I personally do not like when I download the document and it comes with the number of the folder/subfolder.Also, everytime I ask clients to upload documents, they do not know how to add it to a folder that is already there and I always need to reclass them. The ease of numbering and arranging large amounts files and folders imported into the dataroom (the numbering function is very impressive and saves a lot of time)2. The different stakeholder management features as an administrator - the ease of allocating different levels of access and communicating with different stakeholders (client, buyside and sell side) is second to non #### Cons 1. The moving of large amounts of files from the IRL to the actual- and the difficulty in moving folders (as one has to select the individual files without knowing which folder they are in)2. The counter-intuitiveness of the Q&A function and various levels of uploads and approvals. Great pricing structure, service and support coupled with a product that is simply to use yet complex enough to handle all transaction sizes and requirements. Also, they don’t sit still, even with the best product on the market they still strive to do more, improve features, expand use …. Other VDRs have arduous steps that make the task of maneuvering a data room unpleasant. For example, they offer easy to use redacting that allow you to quickly redact in the Ansarada application. #### Cons It would be great if there was a way to redact across files without having to open up each individual file.
