Functionality and customisation when initially uploading or changing locations of documents.

Good experience on Ansarada staff interaction. Platform is straightforward, but some further optionality would be appreciated on the visuals as described above. Also on the functionalities, think there is room for improvement as mentioned above.

Thoroughly enjoyed the communication with the help desk chat function. People were eager to help and always found a solution. Understand there were a lot of request on our end, and the Ansarada team kept good performance throughout these issues that surged during our VDR process. Also available and communicative over the phone, which is appreciated.

I found the general setup structure on the index quite cumbersome. On our end we were trying to have a base unredacted VDR index and another one that was redacted and renamed. Would be helpful to have a staging folder option under the Manage > Documents options on the left hand side of the screen. On another topic, it would also be helpful to have a document counter on the top left of the screen when you select all document within a folder, for instance.

Ease of use. For someone who spends a lot of time in datarooms, ease of use is critical from a user perspective. Ansarada is intuitive and the customer service team is always very quick to respond.

The challenge with datarooms is getting buy-in from management teams. I appreciate that Ansarada has decent functionality to do Q&A through email, but it is tough to pull clients away from spreadsheets and sending Q&A in the body of emails, rather than through the platform itself. Anything Ansarada could do to help with the education process would be great.

Its been quite good. It takes a bit of time to get investors on it, but once they are all on it, makes it easier to track questions.

Easy to manage investor questions and allow to upload documents related to the question.It also allows us to allocate specific documents and store them to the related questions

I think as a first time user, it can be quite hard to grasp everything especially all the high level technical controls.

My overall experience is good. Of course there are still improvement points and some of the issues could be misuse from my side but, in general, I would recommend Ansarada to everyone.

Ansarada is very easy to use and intuitive. The features I love the most are bulk upload and import folder structure, which saves so much time. I also really appreciate their support whenever you have questions and the security settings, which are very self explanatory.

The naming of documents could be done better. I personally do not like when I download the document and it comes with the number of the folder/subfolder.Also, everytime I ask clients to upload documents, they do not know how to add it to a folder that is already there and I always need to reclass them. This is something that I have experienced as well, since I don't think it is straightforward.

We have made it to signing an offer so I presume the seller side was able to work with our dataroom better than I could

Uploading information was relatively easy although I did sometimes find it difficult to save it in the desired location

I didn't find the software intuitive. I had real difficulty in navigating around and most often found myself having to return to the home screen and then scroll again through all the questions to find the one i wanted to work on. Often the questioner wanted to change the priority after posting the question & I had trouble matching these. I couldn't get my file structure to work so I always had to navigate from the home base rather than where I had just been I presume a lot of the issues emanated from me being a novice user however I did find it very easy to navigate around the seller's Datasite

Ansarada provides a lower cost option with much of the functionality necessary for M&A processes.

Some limited functionality, but overall, still a good product.

I predominantly use Ansarada to assist with M&A processes. Ansarada is particularly helpful during the due diligence phase as well as forming part of the transaction documents as the warranties and indemnities are tied only to what has been provided in the dataroom.

The encryption abilities of the software. The ability to monitor / restrict exactly what each individual can view and how they can view the information is most helpful.

The thing I like least about the software is the inability to change an individuals security protocols within the same group. It would be good to be able to monitor an individuals security protocols whilst keeping them within the same investment group.

Like I stated in the title, this is a really good VDR which is a few touch-ups away from being something truly extraordinary.

Ansarada gets all of the basics one needs in a dataroom, and then goes one up on the following:1. The ease of numbering and arranging large amounts files and folders imported into the dataroom (the numbering function is very impressive and saves a lot of time)2. The different stakeholder management features as an administrator - the ease of allocating different levels of access and communicating with different stakeholders (client, buyside and sell side) is second to non

1. The moving of large amounts of files from the IRL to the actual- and the difficulty in moving folders (as one has to select the individual files without knowing which folder they are in)2. The counter-intuitiveness of the Q&A function and various levels of uploads and approvals. I understand why its there (very critical) but would have appreciated it to have been more user friendly

Great product, however service could be improved.

It is very user friendly and easy to use.

The customer service team make some mistakes, e.g. have had multiple instances of billing clients when a dataroom was meant to be closed.

Security and visibility settings are very handy. The 'bulk upload' and 'import folder structure' features are used frequently. Creating different teams for sell-side and buy-side is also intuitive, allowing for multiple levels of access. Excellent customer service and friendly team in Sydney

A couple hurdles initially with needing Adobe, however would be fine if users had this already installed. Being able to easily filter / identify disabled documents without running an excel would be helpful.

The ease of managing a data room and the ability to track bidder participation.

Encrypted data can be cumbersome to access (this is a pro and con). Potential for accidental disclosure of information, including sensitive intellectual property information, to wrong parties.

Documents management, sharing documents

Using data rooms from Ansarada facilitates our company's business activities, features such as document search coupled with a friendly user interface really help us in the process of uploading documents and searching documents. Security features also greatly facilitate our cooperation with other parties in the process of sharing documents.

The disadvantage that we feel is that the payment process is a little complicated and takes a long time so it takes us longer to try this data room

(2) Need to make navigating of security/access options for each team more obvious. Its an important feature that is somewhat difficult to use when dealing with multiple parties.
