Pros
- I appreciated the option of making groeps of people with defined rights (read, edit, print, download, etc.). The helpdesk was always very quick to answer questions efficiently.
- You know the platform is secure. When you ask a question in the chat, you always get a rapid response and on the website, you can also find clear explanations about how to use the platform.
Cons
- Had some initial troubles opening documents created.
- Lacks keyboard shortcuts Some intuitive tools / features are missing (e.g. subteam view when allocating Q&A question, AI redaction, translation, etc.) Can be slow when refreshing pages.
Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
