I appreciated the option of making groeps of people with defined rights (read, edit, print, download, etc.). The helpdesk was always very quick to answer questions efficiently.

You know the platform is secure. When you ask a question in the chat, you always get a rapid response and on the website, you can also find clear explanations about how to use the platform.

I am very comfortable with this software since we have been using it for a while. The added security features is a nice touch that some other options dont have.

Had some initial troubles opening documents created.

Lacks keyboard shortcuts Some intuitive tools / features are missing (e.g. subteam view when allocating Q&A question, AI redaction, translation, etc.) Can be slow when refreshing pages.

Ansarada has been solid overall and always worked as required. Support is high quality and easy to get in contact with.

I really liked the simplicity of the software. Working in the lower middle market space, many of our clients are unfamiliar with data rooms, and so we want them to be as comfortable as possible.

Options to limit the print, save, watermark and put an expiry date to the document is helpful as we like to segregate our investors into different categories.

Uploading information was relatively easy although I did sometimes find it difficult to save it in the desired location.

The user interface and customer support is incredible. Setting up, administering  and using an Ansarada VDR is painless and if you do get stuck, amazing customer support is just a click away.

Further, the fact that you need to be a Q&A administrator to see the name of the Question Author is quite ridiculous.

It was rejected by the user base and client. We asked for removal of the service, Ansarada refused and contuined to charge for it.

The disadvantage that we feel is that the payment process is a little complicated and takes a long time so it takes us longer to try this data room.

I was very pleased with the overall experience, so were our potential investors. It takes some 'getting used to' to run the data room as an administrator but the instruction videos help.

When deleting users or documents, the corresponding audit trails get lost. This is a major flaw for a core function of a data room.

Often the questioner wanted to change the priority after posting the question & I had trouble matching these.

As a seed stage startup first time entrepreneur managing the due diligence process can be very confusing and cumbersome.

The daily emails with activity updates to people who use the room are super useful.

We would love to see a SSO feature available for future integration within our corporate infrastructure but for our current needs, the product meets all the requirements.

It is a great Data Room program and we found it really helpful to share different data folders with everyone involved. We liked that everything was automatically watermarked and it was an easy setup.

There is no specific issues with this software. However I am not very sure about the security features of this software.

We love SecureDocs at our fund - it is easy to use and secure with great tracking features that report on usage, files and views - we couldn't be happier.

This program was very easy to setup on the administrative side, but most importantly, those doing due diligence from the outside felt it was easy to navigate and view the required documents.

The fact that is is hard to change a group of users to another profile (need to do one by one).

You can't view mail attachments through the software. This does not let you to restrict access to 'view only.

You can't view PowerPoints through the software. This does not let you to restrict access to 'view only' and therefore can not share confidential documents in PPT form.

Ease of use and configuration set up and administration.

The ease and short time the implementation took was just what we wanted. It is so easy to log in, navigate, customize your dashboard, upload documents, grant permissions to users.

Customer service is extremely helpful and proactive. I had a rep reach out to check in on how things were going and see if we were on the best plan for our needs.

From the onset the customer support and therefore our experience as a customer has been very positive. Customer has been exceptional.

Secure Docs is very easy and convenient to use. There is no specific training or induction required to use this software.

We have set up multiple data rooms for use with different parties which gives us increased flexibility to tailor the information and know it remains secure.

SecureDocs is a virtual data room tool used for storing and sharing confidential documents both internally and externally. It is suitable for businesses of any size and a range of industries including used during due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, audits, fundraising, business valuations and more.


SecureDocs enables users to control their data through permission-based users roles, dynamic watermarking and customizable non-disclosure agreements. Administrators can restrict permissions for accessing folders or subfolders and create rules for documents with no access, view-only for Office and PDF documents or full access.


SecureDocs offers a drag-and-drop feature. Audit logs in SecureDocs shows users who is looking into a document with dates and timestamps that can be shared via email.
