Datasite Acquire is a web-based deal management solution designed to help small to large organizations manage IPO processes and collaboratively conduct buy-side due diligence. Features include status tracking, file transfer and management, indexing, reporting and real-time updates. Datasite Acquire allows M&A buy-side teams to analyze deals and receive real-time notifications when new deal documents get added to projects.
