I work among several data rooms operated by multiple parties on various projects at the same time. Navigation is the easiest in Datasite. It is easy to see when new files are loaded, easy to use the search tool to locate obscure documents. I have never needed to contact customer support. No training is needed to use this tool, it's completely intuitive and makes the document management / sharing process very smooth. #### Cons At times I see an update there are new documents but I don't get the view of the names of the documents that have been added. This may be because there are too many to list in the preview or it could be a setting. It's not something I have enough concerns about to troubleshoot but I have thought about it because seeing the document list is more helpful. #### Vendor response Hello, Jessica! We use Datasite for each process we run and think it to be useful for clients and counterparties. The user interface is extremely easy to use and easy to learn, many of our blue collar clients use it with ease. Would highly recommend. #### Cons Some items are a bit pricey for us and our clients.
