- Their platform is easy to use, intuitive, and customizable. Their customer support is top notch, and the optical character recognition has been incredibly useful for making documents searchable.
- I like the automatic update when there is new documents being posted with links that can take you directly there.
Cons
- A major critical feature that is missing is unique identifier (ID number) for documentation. The reference for documents change if you change the order, which is a massive cons.
- The Q&A feature felt clunky and confusing. You aren't able to hide questions from specific users without setting up a whole new workflow.
Pros
- I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.
- The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.
Cons
- Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.
- It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.
