Great user-friendly interface, built-in redaction tools that improves confidentiality, granular access controls for secure document sharing, and real-time activity monitoring.

The only things I would improve are: the download mechanics (just start the download immediately without needing to navigate to a new screen and don't send me emails about my download being ready), the index UI feels a bit clunky, and the search feature struggles to pick up the contents of documents where uploading the contents to a doc review software and searching does capture the contents of easily readable documents.

The organization of documents, rooms and permissions for due diligence processes made it easy for even those who aren't quite tech savvy.

The inability to edit questions and answers in the Q&A section.
