All-in-one Google Workspace

I like that this platform, is simple, as it is implemented with other important Google tools, making work faster, the integration of software such as Agenda, Calendar, Documents, Presentations, Classroom, Meetings in one place results in Make collaboration and work more fluid.

Pros

Google Workspace It is an excellent tool if you are familiar with all Google applications, today it integrates them and it is easier to manage if I work with Google products, I like that it combines all Google productivity and collaboration tools and the Combine into an all-in-one package for cross-team access. The apps list includes: Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, Drive, Sites, along with Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.

Cons

The only downside is the integration with others app out of Google, another negative point is the security is not as good as Microsoft office, since it only depends on an email and this makes it a bit vulnerable, another negative point is that being a platform completely in the cloud, it doesn’t have a dedicated application for Windows or Mac, which from my point of view is something that they should create to have a backup.

Overall, using this service to store documents is helpful. Less so for anything more difficult because you'll have to handle everything on your own and won't be able to rely on the system to help you locate, store, and retrieve documents.

The feature that my team and I love the most is fluidity. The main reason is that you can be on any device and you have access to the same features which it really becomes handy with team members on the move.

Storage limitations - UpgradeableShare-ability for external users which in some way make sense keeping all files and information secure within the organization and having external providers and services it just add a few more steps.
