My overall  experience is that they are striving to be a great company that offers great software.

Loved it, have recommended it on a regular basis. I have had one technical issue/bug in 10 months with sending an email and UK based support fixed that within 2 hours.

Clean and nice UI, awesome UX, incredible reliability (key factor in Webby apps) and really good support.

No reliable, No stability, No intuitive, Bad recording quality. I put 150 in a webinar and the whole platform went frozen.

When the video was finished I turned the mic on and did my part of the webinar. When I went to replay the recording the quality was terrible.

We have a powerful but easy-to-use B2B and B2C Webinar system for sales, customer support and e-learning thanks to BigMarker.

Tons of free marketing integrations, free API access. Plus an easy to use frictionless presentation experience that you can tailor to your need on an event to event basis.

Only once a question had to be escalated to tech team - everything else was user error.

There are some features that aren't presently there but on the roadmap. For example, segmentation of early abandons, no-shows, and attendees.

It's too bad as the intention was to use bigmarker as our webinar platform but it's useless in that sense.

The backend/admin portal was easy enough to use, but the support team made our lives sooooo much easier by helping us know exactly what we needed to do and when.

We love the ease of use for both presenters and participants. The meeting rooms are also a great bonus.

There are so many things to love about this software - It's reliable, allows for customization with features that always impress my clients, and the customer support is second to none.

It was easy to customize the webinar room, customize the emails, and for attendees to register. I liked that it integrated with Infusionsoft and our presenters had an easy time accessing the webinar.

Our Non-profit Organisation was seeking a webinar solution which was cost-effective but offered powerful features and performance. BigMarker delivered exceptionally well.

This can be a big problem for those who don't speak English. I am also missing a 24 hours clock (currently have to use AM/PM which is uncommon in The Netherlands).

Can only email, and the response time isn't OK when there's an urgent concern. Then to cancel your subscription, you have to email them.

One Con I ran into was the inability to use bigmarker as a telestrator (writing on the screen while reviewing a video).

I have had a wonderful experience with BigMarker. Whenever I have experienced technical difficulties during webinars they have always been very helpful.

It is also convenient for participants as they do not need to download an app or software to join the meeting or webinar. Reporting features are excellent and useful for follow up work.

And ease to use back end from an organiser perspective. Does everything you want it to do at a good price.

The feed-post are not reflected in the reception section. Seconds delay between Zoom & Hubilo platform (live streaming).

The customer support that we received was a major plus. Being able to reach out with random questions knowing that we would get a rapid response was great.

The content won't pop up dynamically in the feed, you need to refresh the whole page in order to see the new content in the feed. Unprofessional attitude from the demo team.

At times we did require their help to customize bits and they were very responsive and helpful.

Hubilo platform comes with a lot of features, while it is very user friendly, both for event administrators and attendee. It offers a very clear and nice surface.

Great software will be the critical component when running any virtual exhibition but having passionate support staff to help guide you will be the magical ingredient.

The scroll doesn't work nicely. The organizer app of hubilo has error while doing checking via name.

Good price, great customer service and excellent use of the platform by our attendees.
