They told us that support would be available during our event and there was just this lousy email address.

The UI is beautiful, the website is responsive and everything is very well layed out and planned. The pricing too is on par with many other event platforms.

Excellant and responsive customer service, scales well and defintely the most affordable option on the market.

I hope their latest capital infusion will help polish up their product and develop into something outside of just conferences.

We introduced Hopin to our community with our Annual Meeting and the response was outstanding. We have over 1000 chats in a 60 minute program.

I love how much it's grown and being invested in, in the times I've used it. I'm excited to see where it will be in a couple months as more features are rolled out.

Its pricing model is straight forward and easy to understand, and much more affordable than other offerings out there. Their pre-sales, post-sales and support team are awesome folks.

Lack of integration with Salesforce and Interprefy.

Presentations, breakout rooms, chat rooms and so on. I liked that it was so easy to move between different parts of the event seamlessly and it was easy to navigate.

Overall I am pleased with the platform and customer service and will continue to use for events.

There appeared to be a limitation to how large some poster presentations could be made so that reading them was difficult.

I have attended dozens of events in Hopin in the last year, and it is the most reliable and easy-to-use platform I have used. The basic price is also affordable and easy to set for small groups.

It is easy to use and explain to new delegates. Very nice networking options, but overall very user friendly.

Easy for guests to navigate. All features on the platform were great.

One of the keys is one-on-one matchmaking. In-person 1on1 is self explanatory, but for companies doing business with suppliers, the interface of the video meetings within Hopin are outstanding.

Users had a great experience, setup was very easy.

Customer service was exceptional. Our CSM was  [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and they were so lovely and attentive.

The lack of ability to connect to MAP and CRM made the registration process difficult and very manual.

Had great integrations, was fluid, and customer response was always quick.

Also, we could never get Google Analytics to work. We submitted a ticket, was told they would look into it but no one ever circled back to fix the issue or tell us what went wrong.

The session rooms were great and easy to find. The expo was a lovely addition to really bring the features of an in-person conference to your office on a virtual platform.

I remember that they only had maybe a couple of weeks or so to implement the software and execute the event. I was incredibly impressed.

I held two very important ticketed events on Hopin and the video quality was excellent. I love the comment option and the opportunity to run a dry run of the event.

Sessions work really well, we love hosting Q&A sessions in the sessions tab. The speed networking is great too and would love to see some more features added.

People left the event impressed that they were captured for the whole time and loved that it provided them with a different experience to anything they had participated in online.

Repeatedly pasting a notice in multiple chats was annoying and time-consuming.

My overall experience with vFairs was OUTSTANDING!!!  The customer service we experienced with our project management team was top notch, especially when I take the time difference into account.

When this problem was discovered the staff at vFairs quickly responded. They adjusted the page layouts so that all of the data was visible.

We liked the many different options to integrate zoom, booths, breakout rooms all in one platform. The price was very affordable and we had limited firewall issues with our guests.

There were occasional message lag from rooms you may have left or are in. I personally missed a chat with a recruiter because of this bug.

Great platform for us as we had to pivot from live to virtual event. We had the pleasure to work with Shahroze Rizvi who was fantastic to work with and really helped us make this event come to live.

There were some issues with the chat booking function, but again could have been user error. We had such a high demand for chat, that we were not as prepared as may be we could have been.

The ease of setting up the individual booths is also been a great asset.

It was also great to have some help on the vFairs end, as they provided a team to assist with creating and launching the event. And the integration with Stripe proved to be a great bonus.

The chat software did not function that well and we had problems on the day.

Our attenddes enjoyed the platform and how easy it was for them to use and easy to navigate. I like that you can make your exhibitors seen just like at an inperson training.

Project management was poor: multiple contracted features were only set up after the end of the live event or not at all.

Overall, I would recommend the Vfairs platform to anyone looking for innovative ways to capture their audience while reducing traveling cost.

Events are all about the user experience, and unfortunately the functionality and service standards were so poor that the UX was severely compromised.
