  • Pros

  • Love the relative ease of setting up ticketing, love the look of the individual ticketing site. Love the Cust Experience.
  • Automated e-marketing which is a plus for all your events and they offer merchandise which is amazing as well as easy to use. All around a great ticketing platform that is easy to use by all.
  • They WANT you to succeed and are happy to help you get there. They are also always on hand to answer any questions, fix any problems, and listen to your requests for new options and features.
  • Cons

  • I don’t like the fact that there are no email blasts for auditions or announcements. I also don’t like that there is no app that the patron can use to buy tickets.
  • And I don’t like that the websites don’t have a space to announce auditions. People have often gotten confused on which page to click on to find information about the shows.
  • On the back in it’s hard to see who registered. I can’t see all the information I need.

  • Very happy to be in the Purplepass Ticketing family. Loved the overall experience and support was great.
  • They get back to you promptly, are super friendly, and work to resolve everything quickly.
  • Awesome platform that makes creating events, uploading graphics and ordering wristbands such a breeze. We loved how inclusive the platform is because it served all of our needs.
  • Cons

  • My only suggestion would be to have a"sale completed" screen after the CC is processed, many people thought it didnt go through and charged the customer twice.
  • Could not even find that myself on the site. I can't say enough about how bad the promoter site portion is, and how they need to fix this.
  • The only issues we had were user errors and my personal misunderstandings. I set it up as one week-long event, rather than multiple days and events throughout the week.
