  • Pros

  • Overall, we love our experience with OpenWater and everything has been very positive. We highly recommend the product.
  • Overall I have had a good experience with OpenWater. We've always found their staff to be helpful and polite, and generally it's a good system and accomplishes what we need.
  • They put a great deal of effort into understanding our business needs to help us build programs that best take advantage of all the robust tools available through the platform.
  • Cons

  • The obstacle we have had the most problem with is our emails from the Open Water system getting through to our customers/users and not going to their spam accounts.
  • There are so many things that can be done in Open Water and so many different ways to do them that sometimes it is difficult to teach others how to use the program.
  • When you copy a program it can be difficult to find where to update items. For example, when changes need to be made in public settings.

  • Fantastic management tool. Great functionality with good features that you wouldn't think of when choosing an application management software.
  • Grammarly business is a great software that's easy to use with great functionality in 2020. The software continues to improve each year.
  • Overall it is a great tool for any business especially the recruitment process. I would recommend it to every one based on the features and ease of use.

  • I have nothing that I can think of that I dislike about this software.
  • The fact that I sometimes get stuck with the jargons.
  • Submit.com has a lot to offer, some of which we don't need or use at the moment. At the moment I don't see a reason why we'd stop using.
