One of our biggest complaints that caused a bit of disruption in our first event was that the table labels were too small for users to read, therefore they were moving around to the wrong tables.

Video conference tools were helpful, but networking was impossible. Remo gives an opportunity to feel like live networking.

An improved version of Sococo: good performance, great screen share and whiteboard, good user interface. Less stupid name as well.

The current noreply name turns people off and usually ends up in spam or junk. I think that would be a tremendous added feature to consider.

I was a user participating to several events up to 800 people and everything went fine. Though, I have no idea about value for money.

It is a friendly software, easy to handle, you can transfer files safely and it works on various devices.

It has had some glitches and sometimes it’s hard to jump table to table.

I have been on many platforms -- all attempting to create a virtual conference and or meeting space, this is by far the worst of them all.

I love the fact you can have conversations at a table and the knock knock things is cute. Overall the platform is as if you are hosting a real life event, but via the comfort of your own home.

Remo provides the best audio and video quality of any platform we've used -- better than Zoom. The ability to switch rooms is also relatively seamless.

The other challenge is that speakers need to be savvy enough to set themselves onto broadcast, as there is no built-in functionality for av 'production.

I absolutely LOVE the ability to break a larger meeting into sub-meetings, discussions or tabletop conversations. In particular the ease of moving between groups is a valuable feature.

Their customer service team was incredibly attentive and responsive. Their virtual tours, strategy sessions and other training opportunities really helped us get the most out of the platform.

We also like the fact that we are able to use the product for free and get much out of it. Once our company expands we will definitely subscribe to paid features so we can get more out of TidyHQ.

Frustrating and I feel I am a slave to a corrupt old system. I would like to be released but I am forced to use this, and pay a greater amount every month.

This can cause us to send payment reminders to persons whose household payments have already been made by the other member of the household. We also have a problem with payment levels.

It's easy to navigate with clear menu headings, each page is laid out simply yet practical and most importantly there are a lot of help/guidance pages that are easy to follow.
