Pros/Cons
Pros
- Love this, love the functionality, and love the quality of the end product on multiple devices.
- Vimeo is the best storage software because it offers a free lifetime subscription but also it provides videos with high quality resolution.
- It's very convenient to use and had everything I needed at a very affordable price. It has been a great alternative to dvd's, since the study that I am leading is digital.
Cons
- The search functionality is garbage. I can never found our vidoes on their website and it seems as if the algorithm is really screwed up.
- Sometimes it is give an error and system is shot down itself. They should fix this problem.
- I have trouble with some of the video features (such as the end-of-video options).
Pros
- Overall it's fantastic value for the cost. It's user friendly, allows for customization, and their support team is very responsive.
- We currently use the free version of the software. I got an awesome welcome from a customer success manager or account executive who was very enthusiastic about helping us grow with Wistia.
- This software is incredible. The company is engaging and offers inspiring posts to their customer base and their User Community is fantastic.
Cons
- Customization options are very limited and if you are looking to incorporate your unique ideas, you might find yourself stuck and confused.
- It can get costly over time. I am tossing up with a few different alternatives.
- Maybe the only bad thing that I would stress about this software is that the prices on some occasions and depending on what you use it for are very high.
