Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have used this and brought this every company I have worked at and now that I own my own business, it was a perfect fit. The software is an easy sell to new clients and onboarding is great too.
- All about this software are good, the setup, the creation of set´s, the backup and restore, the reports, all the fatures are good.
- For large custoimers with a lot of virtual machines or data, it's a good solution with a good price.
Cons
- When we needed it the most, it had error after error. Truly regret spending as much as we did on the system.
- Unusable, hard to manage, unfriendly. After years of usage, most of the time, we give up investigating and get lost in useless information and necessary but impossible to find information.
- When white labelled the name Ahsay appears in error reports this actually revels the name of Ahsay to our competitors and our white labelling value is lost.
Pros
- Cost-efficient and reliable backupsA complete solution for the SMB market ranging from physical, virtual and cloud machines. One of the best cost benefits that customers can find.
- What I like best about NAKIVO Backup & Replication is its ease of use, ease of implementation, and the features it offers. And the customer support is very helpful.
- Its good in its UI, easy to configure and very good performance. Its core is absolutely steady and amazing.
Cons
- Maybe, missing doc and info. We did not found info about some problems we had.
- Nakivo enabled us to backup our entire vSphere cluster in a very limited time window. This wasn't possible with our previous backup software.
- Weird product policy for features in the different versions of the package - We are working with edition "Essentials Pro", which does all it needs to do, but the calendar view is disabled.
