The capacity planner tool was perfect when assessing the need for future server procurement. The reporting tool can be customized and has a very wide range of options that makes reporting fun & easy. Installation and upgrades are straightforward. Cons: 1-You cannot control the VM from the console directly. 2- The application runs on a VM that you deploy.
