I have been using the servers on Atlantic.net for over 5 years. Excellent customer service and internet speeds.

I'm never on an RBL and my users aren't spammers, but I think this happens because a provider decides to just block all of an atlantic.net IP range.

Overall a good experience. I rarely need support but they are helpful.

Their reliability is outstanding, maintenance is properly planed and concise. We are very satisfied with their VPS service as it has been low latency and speedy throughout the years.

Easy way to provision and manage linux virtual machines.

Linode allows you to install a number of Linux distributions, so you can tailor that depending on what you want and are used to. Have been using Linode for several years have found it very reliable.

Linode - an excellent product that is reasonably priced and very very reliable.

I try new manager DbaaS, and is very powerful. Certainly now with Akamai partnership, this product will have a boost.

Very easy to start with the services. Best support from the team in the market.

Comparing to AWS the aspect that struck me most is the ease of configuration of the infrastructure and the very intuitive user interface.

Linode is an excellent cloud virtual private server provider.

Support from the community, Linode team, and the YouTube videos they put up. I can always afford Linode and keep track of my plan and costs easily.

The only caveat of VPS hosting at Linode I can think of is that you need to pay for backups separately and these backups only go back 14 days.

My overall experience with Linode has been great.

It was fairly cheap for a decent server and they upgraded our small little server along the line keeping the old price. The support was also pretty good, quite fast and qualified.

Linode is a better alternative for any project infrastructure. From common apps to complex websites hosting, Linode does well at it.

I've had excellent experience with the product and with the customer service. I've been able to  easily manage a large number of servers and easily rescue a few when the need arose.

The old UI was a bit ugly, the new one still lacked a few features like bill list, otherwise it was usable.

Limited services are available at least for now. Difficult to integrate with other cloud providers and services.

They have also never raised the price in those years, it has remained constant. I like everything with it, Linode Manager and Longview are all excellent products to help you manage your servers.
