"The main downside was the lack of root access to the servers they provide, meaning certain simple tasks need to be done by support when I could have easily handled them myself."

"I mistakenly cancelled my account and notified them within 1 hour - Too bad for me. Once you click the account deletion button everything is immediately gone forever and CANNOT be recovered."

"During that period I saw no meaningful improvement in page speed or server response compared to my previous host. Because the service didn’t meet expectations, I cancelled the server after the first month. Despite cancelling, I continued to receive charges on my card."
