I use Cloudways for more than 3 years and I'm very satisfied.

I spotted some slow performance from time to time, nothing awful but sometimes annoying. I'm on the lower paid plan anyway.

Costs are very clearly specified and can be monitored in real time.

I love how you can easily spin up new servers, and each server can be configured down to the small details at any time. It means you can have a VPS without having to be a server administrator.

Quick and good chat support. Also nice that you can pay hourly for the service if you just need it a short time.

Easy to set up new servers, helpful support staff, and transparent pricing.

They charge very little for the specifications they give. Better than WP-Engine, and at a lower price.

The support team is just great! they're proactive, hands-on, solving almost everything in both application&server level. Server&Application management is super easy, tons of documentation.

On Cloudways you have to pay for all of these, even for offsite backups. However cheap, you still have to pay.

With Plesk you get remote REST API that you can interact with the panel remotely, very useful for admins and developers who want to automate some features with their websites.

The plesk interface is a pleasure to use and very intuitive.

For me, it's the best in the market and the price is better than cPanel. I have many dedicated servers and I'm using a Plesk on all of them.

There's a level of complexity in the software which could be an obstacle for some users.
