My overall experience with Vultr has been a good one, would recommend!

I have found Vultr very user friendly and the customer support is excellent!

I have no cons in regards to Vultr, their service is great!

The experience with Vultr is amazing especially when it come to support, uptime and reliabilly. Funny that there uptime is rated at 99.99%, should be 100%.

The pricing is flexible enough and scalable to one's needs.

Lack of enough data centers across the globe is such a drawback. This issue brings high latency especially is you deploy to regions not close to you.

So bad. I'm not kidding. They have shut down my website now on multiple occasions. They are telling me they will destroy my website in 48 hours. I have done absolutely nothing wrong. They are threating all this because hackers are tying to get access. If you own a WordPress site you know that hackers are constantly trying to break into your site, its completely un unavoidable.

Vultr is a great option for hosting small apps and great websites. It's 99% uptime with great speed performance. It supports many of my favorite Cpanels.

Vultr provides one of the most affordable and top-notch website hosting services with high-performant infrastructures, ease of use, ease of setup, and customer support experience.It provides fantastic virtual private server instances at meager rates that support most of my favorite operating systems. Most often, we run Cyberpanel on Linux OS for the best convenience.With its high-frequency infrastructure, a 1core/1Gb server performs much better than other hosting providers with 2core/2Gb servers.Additionally, I like the fact that there are several server locations and many scripts to choose. Security is the grid is strong, backups can easily be managed and controlled, and resources are scalable.

The support services are good however, they delay in responding to open tickets.

I have been using Vultr hosting managed by Cloudways, and my website loads and performs exceptionally. They have many server locations to choose from and many storage and CPU options you can get for a great price. If you want excellent performance, you should get the cloud hosting service from Vultr, which I highly recommend.

The performance of Vultr’s virtual cloud server is acceptable, though deployment times, especially for Windows servers, are noticeably longer than ideal. When compared to AWS, Vultr lags behind in terms of speed and efficiency. However, considering the price point, this is somewhat justifiable. The primary concern, however, lies with the support services. Based on my experience, you might find it more effective to troubleshoot issues independently. My primary reason for choosing Vultr was the generous internet bandwidth allocation with their instances, especially since even the most affordable option includes 3TB per month. However, I’ve found that their internet connectivity doesn’t quite match the reliability of AWS EC2. This isn’t about speed, but rather consistency and dependability. It appears that the old adage ‘you get what you pay for’ holds true in this case.

The pricing is competitive, offering a reasonable range of options for Virtual Cloud Services. Additionally, the internet bandwidth provided per instance is notably cheap.

I recently encountered significant issues with Vultr's support team. After submitting a detailed ticket outlining the problem and its context, the response was less than satisfactory. The team requested specific actions, which I completed to the best of my ability. However, my efforts did not meet their expectations. I explained that the limitations of the services I host on their server prevent me from fulfilling their exact requirements. Disappointingly, it seemed they made no genuine effort to understand or address the issue.

They need to step up their game. Some of these other hosts are stepping right over them. Either they don't care truly or they haven't realized. In any case, poor everything all around. Do not trust their infrastructure for critical systems.

Their control panel and the ability to login.

Everything else. Their support is very poor, they don't go the extra mile to help. No phone support, even if you want to pay for it. Infrastructure seems old and outdated which then relates to their poor support when things go haywire. We have had nothing but poor support from them when needing them the most. No compassion, no nothing other than "Did you do this", "And do this while we do this".

If you know a little bit about working with a terminal or you are willing to learn, using Vultr to host your sites can improve speed and save you hundreds. I was at Siteground for over 3 years and decided I wanted to cut my costs. I knew some Linux, but nothing about servers. Vultr made it extremely to get a server set up and CyberPanel installed with Litespeed.

Nothing really. The only thing you need to realize is you are fully managing your server, so if anything happens, it's on you.

The performance is great, Vultr's virtual servers are really fast and secure. The dashboard is really nice looking and clean, It makes everything more easy to use.

The more higher plans of Vultr's products are not deployable in some of the locations.

I've hopped on to try it out. I logged in and forgot about it. They charged me for usage. I asked to return my money as I didn't use their services and had 17 euros left in my bank account (I am a student) and literally had to water fast. However despite not returning me the money or at the very minimum cancelling my subscription (despite me writing to them multiple times) they had the audacity to ask me multiples times after going back and forth to pay them even more. Just absolute greed.

It has been great. I love the Vultr Team

This is not really a software, but Data Centers. They are great, they have locations all over the world. Things just work. and when they dont, they respond to support issues to make sure you are take care of.

They only issues I can say is slow communications.

Vultr is super fast and provides one of the best and most affordable web hosting services today. It requires advanced skills to work with it properly, but, It's reliable for website optimization.

Similar to digital ocean, Vultr provides the best Pay-as-you-go and high-speed web hosting services.The server's data center is distributed in most parts of the developed countries which ensures a 24/7/365 website uptime performance. The Vultr pricing plans are quite affordable and cost-saving.I currently run more than 6 websites under one hosting plan (high frequency) and yet, I get the best performance speeds for each of these websites.With Vultr, Speed performance speed is settled.

The user backend is not as organized as many other competitors. For a brand-new user, It can be difficult to locate the server options.

This software has well catered for data processing and controlling issues.

It has a world class technology to ensuring security of data whenever customers uses our services to process personal data. This data processing tool can be integrated with any business setup since it is easy to use and definitely the most straight forward features which are easy to understand.

As a user, I have no complaints about this software so far. People have embraced it so nicely.

I can get things done by switching from server to server.

The effective use of the servers you change is not good, you can even play games on the server you entered.

Some servers have freezing and you can't do everything, but this is rare.

While we used it, we had a decent experience. It's a great product, but it is very expensive.

Vultr was definitely easy to use, especially for what they offer.

They are insanely expensive, probably one of the most expensive cloud hosting services around.
