Most often, we run Cyberpanel on Linux OS for the best convenience.With its high-frequency infrastructure, a 1core/1Gb server performs much better than other hosting providers with 2core/2Gb servers.Additionally, I like the fact that there are several server locations and many scripts to choose. My primary reason for choosing Vultr was the generous internet bandwidth allocation with their instances, especially since even the most affordable option includes 3TB per month. However, I’ve found that their internet connectivity doesn’t quite match the reliability of AWS EC2. This isn’t about speed, but rather consistency and dependability. Very good pricing. #### Cons Hardware issues seem to occur often. Twice within two months. One hardware issue caused block storage to corrupt and a site to go down. When asking help from support they said it was up to me to fix the problem. They pointed to resources which was helpful but only after I spent hours isolating the problem, trying to fix it unsuccessfully and reaching out to support again did they do something which fixed it within 5-10 minutes. When there are issues not caused by any fault on the customers end, Vultr needs to do more to help the customer. Support staff should take more initiative to help resolve the problem. #### Reasons for choosing Vultr Fastest speed in mainland China. Easy to switch to new server with new ip. Overall vultr have a great product range and the pricing is very good! The biggest issue is their support, it's pretty average. Ther was a pretty big outage with a product which led to me needing to move one of my resources to another provider but all vultr would do is offer a credit in my account.
