About BigPanda

BigPanda is an AIOps solution that helps businesses streamline processes related to event correlation, outage resolution, incident response and more on a centralized platform. It allows staff members to use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to aggregate, normalize and enrich data across multiple fragmented tools to optimize monitoring operations.

BigPanda enables team members to conduct topology-based root cause analysis to capture dependencies between networks, clouds, servers and applications. Supervisors can automate workflows, manage bidirectional synchronizations and create and route incident tickets. The built-in incident timeline lets IT professionals visualize and track incident evolution and occurrence.

BigPanda comes with an application programming interface (API), which lets businesses integrate the platform with several third-party solutions. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via live chat, email, phone, documentation and other online measures.

Best Incident generation and automation tool.

My overall experience on this solution is good would like to explore more as it reduces some manual work and helps to improve the productivity.

Pros:

As a user there are few observations under this tag like:1. Helps to make many things automate which reduce the manual effort and that helps minimize the IT noise.2. Incident management and detection in the real time which helps to take a right decision at right time. 3. Based on the intelligence this application helps to investigate the root cause as well.

Cons:

Some observation under this tag:1. Sometime observer the delay in the alert reporting and reflect on the portal.2. Observe that in some cases provide irrelevant information on the problem cause.3. In the complex design observer that some workflow fails of miss the steps.

Pros:

Bigpanda is veey user friendly.. I work on it on a daily basis and clears a lot of alerts and it savea much of time to generate a report from netbackup..

Cons:

Sometimes the alert geta stuck even after resolving.. And that could be worked upon..
