Ease of use  - our employees understood everything for quickly.

We started going into the office in person and being a start up, it's a limited space.

It also helps keep us safe via the wellness survey. We are so happy with the product and the service that we are looking to expand the amount of business we do with Eden.

As you can tell, I mainly have used it for these purposes but it has saved us time so far. Time is money so this is great.

Nothing that I can think of that is missing from software.

It is friendly and it helps me do my job with more ease. It saves me time and money.

The only thing that is missing right now are the features they didn't roll out yet. I can't wait to check out the desk reservation and room booking features once they launch.

My overall experience with Eden is really great because it is user-friendly and very easy to use. I think the reservation process is pretty straightforward and not at all time-consuming.

The simplicity of the platform and the design promotes efficiency for administrators and users alike.

I have loved working with their team - the most exciting thing about the tool is that they're constantly rolling out new features and keeping a very client-first approach in how they build.

My favorite tool is the Ticketing Tool — It helps streamline all of our teams’ requests in one place, and it integrates with Slack.

We also loved the capability to do health surveys, and to block users who hadn't submitted the health survey or proof of vaccine for NYC protocols.

When an issue has come up, the problem does not inhibit the function of the platform as a whole.

Amazing, would highly recommend and I do recommend this product to all my clients (many of whom oversee workplace/facilities of their offices).

It makes managing our space very easy, some great feature and eay to use.

Eden has great customer care. Their customer service reps treat you with respect and kindness at all times and are super knowledgeable about questions related to the platform or features.

It's been a great tool for us to handle managing an open desk concept at multiple offices around the country. The support team is also excellent, both very knowledgable and very responsive.

The system also integrated fantastic with our cloud (Jumpcloud) and our security system (kisi) to allow seamless entry.

The product is easy to use to book seating at the office.

It makes it easier to manage our office space, it is great for a big team that has hybrid work modes (WFH and Office). It's very easy to use and accurate.

Eden is quite easy to use. The functionality to have recurring booking is easy to understand.
