Sometimes names go missing or comeback, occaisional gate issues  -trouble is we never know where the problem really is but the reputation of the tool suffers when it happens.

Program a bit awkward to use and sometimes names disappear. Common complaint from my neighbors about disappearing names.

Quick and easy set up for guests - GREAT notification of arrivals (strongest attribute).

The app is intuitive and reliable. It consistently notified me of a visitors entry to the neighborhood and adding visitors and vendors was easy.

My favorite feature was notification that my guest has arrived. It gave me a few minutes to put up my dogs before greeting my guest.

The app is quick to load and easy to navigate. It does what it says is going to do and moving through the features is pretty easy to understand and execute.

I do like getting notifications on my phone when guests have been cleared by the Security guards  to enter our community.

When I add a new vendor, I have to scroll to the very bottom of the existing neighborhood list which is very inconvenient.

Overall the product is good, glad the community has it.

Accuracy and reliability and ease in helping us and guard in monitoring who comes in or out.

Overall my experience with Gate Sentry has been a positive one. I would recommend the app to any community looking to improve their entry process.

It speeds the entry process and lets the gate focus on processing instead of calling. The ability to keep a list of visitors and vendors is very useful.

I like the ability to allow guests access and enter my vendors in one application. It is easy to use the software.

We're a startup accelerator with many different companies and a common working area and it's been an amazing help - no more running around trying to track down the person a visitor is here to see.

I looked at about 6 solutions and found Go Reception to be the best fit. It was priced as a single monthly payment, had an Australian Support contact who have been great.

Go reception works wonderfully and is easy enough to use that our receptionists (who aren't tech savvy) can administer it.

Also The Reports we love. If your a person that needs a clocking in system with amazing reports.

Also not being able to go onto the next page without putting in the phone number and email is quite frustrating.

Go Reception is a great tool that does what it says it does while providing a great first impression to any visitor.

Whatever small issues have arisen, the team at GoReception have been super fast and helpful in resolving them.

A dedicated mobile app would be great, possibly even integration with something like Skype would be interesting. I know the Go Reception team are no doubt working on things like this.

The customer service is absolutely fantastic - from helping us bulk upload all of our hosts to troubleshooting any issues, the team is very responsive and great to work with.

I've been on the app for about 5 months and its still difficult to navigate through at times.

It was easy to install and our clients find it easy to use. The API to upload modifications was a real boon, and the dashboard is simple and easy for non technical people to use.

We especially like the ease of use, responsiveness of the system and the ability for us to see who is checked in to any of our locations and who they are visiting from one dashboard.

Limited Information sent to users on the Notifications; Software gets stuck at times after guests log in.

We have been very happy with the Go Reception system simple to setup and user friendly. Many visitors comment on how easy it is to use and so much better than a paper login system.

I've looked at about 15 different apps for Guest Checkin and this one is my number one if you compare price to functionallity. There is still some small things that I miss and very few bugs.

It is very easy and intuitive to use. As long as you do not mind setting everything up yourself (very easy to do), the price is extremely cost effective for small to medium businesses and start-ups.

Only problem we faced was how to create reports or know visitors who came to the company each month.
