  • Pros

  • Pricepoint, level of customization (especially for badges), feature set was a great value. Looked great on the ipad for visitors.
  • I think this is the best thing for a software, the more user friendly the more likely i will recommend using it.
  • Cons

  • No iPhone app available (yet) for end user management and notifications.
  • I've been on the app for about 5 months and its still difficult to navigate through at times.

  • When we initially launched Sine for the shopping centre I had a few questions out of hours and used the online chat support and found it efficient and helpful with appropriate follow up.
  • Love the ease of use of this software, customer service assistance is amazing, very helpful and any issues are dealt with and rectified immediately. Presentations are easily uploaded for use.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes it would not work properly when signing out. I also clicked on the wrong person once when signing in and there appears to be no option to change or amend this.
  • Not registering when all people have completed the induction making it frustrating for users.
