With the ability to not only track visitors, it creates custom badges, integrate into security badge system and check for dangerous parties.

We did have problems on the backend with the GE Oracle data base keeping current with the IVisitor feed. This since has been rectified.

Excellent, easy to use, intuitive software while still maintaining the necessary and nice to have features. Great and responsive support staff.

Veristream's seamless software, impeccable customer service and quick turnaround on requests is why they are so successful in the marketplace.

The pictures are horrible when printed out to the point I don't see why its even necessary to have a picture. Still in early stages of testing and gathering feedback.

The support folks at Veristream were helpful but this issue costs them a star. If they had a more turnkey printing solution they'd get an A+ because the product really is pretty good.

I can't think of anything, in particular, that I don't like.

The one true advantage that Veristream has over any other provider in this field is working closely with Curtis Hrncirik and Liz Colena.

The pros it has been very dependable. My support help Christina has been a great help trying to.

Anytime I have a question or need help she responses very quickly and is very informative. She is a pleasure to work with and has given me a lot of knowledge on how to work the software better.

What I dislike least is every now and then, the software runs very slow or it does not allow you to put in the information for visitors.

Sales and technical support from initial contact to local implementation has been excellent. Response time and engagement also excellent whether reaching out to Sales Support team or Help Desk.

IVisitor is the most superior and technically advanced visitor management system I have had the honor to work with.

It is very user friendly. By allowing us to set up and customize for our needs it helps ensure that it is a great fit for our company.

The cost was competitive and it was nice that we could tie the software into our existing screening software to provide a seamless process.

We use this tool to capture data of walk in clients at the centre. It's amazing because we can easily run reports.

The Receptionist software allowed us to automate the visitors and employees management experience. We no longer use the traditional paper log visible to everyone who visit the factory.

Great Visitor Management System for the Money.

When someone arrives, the text can sometimes look off on my phone, but may be phone error, not app error.

It eliminated the cost of an employee and their benefits. It's easy for our guests to use.

I also love that we can integrate it with Slack which we use.

I think the best part is the notification aspect of the software is pretty convenient.

We didn't want the cost of having a receptionist given the size of the business so went looking for  a digital option. The Receptionist fit the bill in terms of cost and functionality.

The adjustment to buttons from an esthetic perspective can sometimes be slightly difficult or limited but it's still sufficient.
