Haven't discovered anything I don't like about it yet.

The guards at our security desks find the driver's license scanner, software and printer to be easy to use, and the database is an excellent way to keep track of visitors to our facilities.

The free version works great for us. Just what we were looking for.

Have rarely required support and when required, they always deliver. Lobbytrack is very interested and responsive to customer input for product improvements/adjustments.

Easy to set up and register users. Reports are easy to generate.

Because of the timing difference between the US and Australia, it is hard for us to talk to Jolly's customer service.

Their basic requirements are pretty all rounded and expected of a Visitor Management System. They offers integrations with Access Control System which not all Visitor management system are capable of.

They were very pleased with the easy to use kiosk and integrated notification email upon arrival.

Great customer service and follow up. Easy to set up and teach staff how to use.

The ID scanning feature does not work well. I have only been able to make it work once and it took a long time for the barcode on the ID to be read.

Low cost of entry, easy to test/ trial/implement. Both the on-premise and cloud versions just work.

Lobby Track service is great, fast and efficient. The Technical team is awesome and just a phone call away.

Now i have record of all visitor's vendor's who come across my premises. I can track visitor's purpose & easily block unwanted visitors.

I liked that the interface looked professional and is customizable, I can pick and choose what fields I need for sign in, and I'm happy I can export the sign ins to excel.

I enjoy the simplicity and the controls of the features that are available to use.

If you want to be an effective, professional host, the Lobby Track software really does help. The free version really makes it easy to give this product a try.

Lobby Track was the best solution for a small hospital client. We assisted in their search for a cost effective and versatile check-in solution which would all allow visitors to self-sign.

Easy to use, fast processing and great customer service of Jolly's staff make it a unique product. So far we have never faced any issues while storing a large amount of data.

Once your guests are checked in, they can be verified against your predefined guest list to minimize unwanted guests.

To be honest Lobby Track is a great cost cut tool.

Overall, I feel like the app is good. It's pretty well balanced as far as features and ease of use and customization potential and just how it looks to visitors overall.

This is the best visitor tracking system. This is great for small, mid and large size institution and organization.

Swiftlane is VERY easy to install, and their technical support is excellent whenever we've needed assistance on-site.

It's easy and user friendly. We can use it remotely and that's worlds great.

But I got him on the phone with our property manager to get him set up with a private way to get in to fill mailboxes, daily. So that was a pain at first.

Extremely satisfied with the product performance as well as customer service, they follow up immediately when there is an issue.

I love that Swiftlane has facial recognition and allows me to scan my face to enter my building. Top notch security system.

I like the face scan feature. It helps me to access my apartment easily.

The account establishment process took quite a bit to set up. It seemed a bit painful in the very beginning.

Employees are amazed with the facial recognition for accessing the offices, and Swiftlane is perfect for granting access to vendors.

I don’t get notifications if the system is down so sometimes I assume it’s working when it might not be which is inconvenient.

I hate when it logs  outs and cannot remember my password.

I think this is a great security and visitor management system. I enter my building securely and I also am notified of visitors that enter my gate code.

Love that you can physically see who is delivering packages when they buzz you. It all comes right to your phone for ease.

I love not needing my keys to enter my complex. Software is very efficient and very little issues.

The fact they there is video intercom and the ability to unlock doors remotely has been instrumental, especially during the pandemic. Having a log of everyone that accesses the offices is key.

The main phone that guests would use to requets entry is always broken prompting them to call my cell to get access instead.

Overall it id better than before this came in place.

Swiftlane has been so useful to my company and my team, and I am so happy to have come across it during my juntos search.
