  • Pros

  • Have rarely required support and when required, they always deliver. Lobbytrack is very interested and responsive to customer input for product improvements/adjustments.
  • Easy to set up and register users. Reports are easy to generate.
  • Cons

  • Haven't discovered anything I don't like about it yet.
  • Because of the timing difference between the US and Australia, it is hard for us to talk to Jolly's customer service.

  • Swiftlane is VERY easy to install, and their technical support is excellent whenever we've needed assistance on-site.
  • It's easy and user friendly. We can use it remotely and that's worlds great.
  • Cons

  • But I got him on the phone with our property manager to get him set up with a private way to get in to fill mailboxes, daily. So that was a pain at first.
  • The account establishment process took quite a bit to set up. It seemed a bit painful in the very beginning.
