  • Pros

  • It has helped us save costs as we don’t always need a receptionist to man the front desk. Visitors are always super impressed, has transformed the visitor experience.
  • Integrations with Outlook and Google calendar its great feature. The kiosk app is user-friendly to the visitors, fluid to work with.
  • Cons

  • I find it hard to change something in configuration, and it don't depends on me, I have to contact the supplier.
  • Reloading take several times. Sometimes you can not find the information requiring customers and people often gets a little bit frustrated.

  • What I appreciated most was the ease with which we could transform a sometimes chaotic check-in and queuing experience into a seamless one where visitors felt like they were taken care of.
  • Easy setup, nice user interface, api for integrate external systems.
  • Cons

  • The overall look of qminder seems a bit ugly and out of date. Please give it a refresh on the UI.
  • Sometimes it is with a delay that pushes our drivers wait longer.
