PROS

I like most about the software is the ease of being able to use it the first day without an issue.

There is nothing that I didn't like about the product software. I was very impressed with the fact that I could use and understand it right away.

Great customization options!!!

We have pretty strict company guidelines when int comes to the look of the systems our customers see. We just sent our web-site adress and a PPT to Raptool and they helped us make the design. Great way of controlling visitors to our building and good if fire drills in the companion app.

Great customization options

We could get our software to work and look exactly like we wanted. It is important for us to show our company profile to our customers and Raptool could tailor the product to fit our needs exactly. Support is very friendly, they are open for suggestions. Very stable product, perfectly suited our needs
