We would not hesitate to recommend time cloud to any other businesses looking to implement a visitor management platform and believe they were far and away the best choice for our project

CONSOur search for a sign-in platform began as we opened a new studio showroom and needed a process for tracking our traffic of high-end architectural clients. After discussing this need, we noticed another gap in our processes where we needed a sign-in process at our factory to manage contractors being onsite doing maintenance on machinery. The critical feature we wanted in a platform was a data connection to our Salesforce database, creating new contacts using that data input from the visitors to the studio showroom. After searching online and having introductory meetings with some platform providers, we were having trouble finding a platform that could meet this requirement. In a brief phone call with Timecloud, their team was happy to discuss our needs and the best way to move forward. Although Timecloud didnt offer the Salesforce connector we wanted, they worked with us to develop a specific API to pass the data through to Salesforce. This level of customer service and ability to understand what we wanted and then deliver set Timecloud apart from all the other providers we met. Since starting with Timecloud, they have worked closely with our team to ensure we are getting the most out of the system. The onboarding process has been smooth and invaluable to our team members.
