The kiosk system was also quiet simple to understand but I received support from the team for that implementation. The customer support actively investigated our organization's unique needs, especially considering the confidentiality requirements, and helped us create a customized trigger notification system, which saved a lot of time. I've implemented this software with five different companies, which were all from different industries, including pharmaceuticals and medical facilities, so I feel confident in how the data is handled. I think the best feature is that on the dashboard you can quickly summarize any risks or areas for review, and you can run reports which can be easily pulled if an issue ever did occur. I have never tried the onboarding feature but I like that it is an option to manage NDA's and other important training or manage pre-arrival compliance. #### Cons Sometimes I assist contractors working with the Federal government, and I thought I could recommend using Sign In Solutions for handling onboarding, but it turns out this software was not eligible for certain projects. The cost is also high if you are only seeking a simple visitor management software. I have had the best experience using SIE on my day to day with my company. #### Cons A little restrictive when operating with multiple devices. ex. I work at a cleared facility which has some restrictions on leaving devices open without lock code once my device times out my Bluetooth disconnects from the tablet which causes me to have to manually turn on badge printer each time it connects. We have had very few problems with SwipedOn and they also have extremely responsive support teams who take note of wishlist items which do seem to eventually get addressed. We require visitor management for CT-PAT compliance and SwipedOn even takes a picture and prints a stick on badge for the receptionist to give to the visitor. There is also an evacuation list, proximity sign in and out for employee logging as well, deliveries, AD sync, and so much more. In fact, for signing out, visitors can hold their badge up in front of the camera and boom, they're signed out! It really does everything we need and more. #### Cons Not too much I don't like about SwipedOn to be honest. We look to Traction Guest to provide a experience to our visitors, while providing a level of security for our employees, with Traction Guest notification messages, our employees know exactly here to see them, prior to seeing them in person. The customization of the software is also a great feature for companies to be able to utilize. We have been able to add our company logo, branded colors and some other specific features which benefit us and our visitors. #### Cons The adaptability with other peripherals is sometimes a challenge, which sometimes has to do with the software upgrades and things of that nature. Overall though, the software has been great for our company needs. #### Reasons for choosing Sign In Solutions I think I chose Traction Guest first because of the offerings they proposed that would fit our business. Secondly, they actually called us back and really answered our questions regarding the software, availability, deployment and other milestones that we needed to consider before moving forward. Lastly, was their customer service was far beyond what we were experiencing in getting information from other potential vendors.
