About Virtual Front Desk

Virtual Front Desk is a web application that transforms a tablet or all-in-one computer into a powerful video reception hub or customer service kiosk. Using our software, visitors, clients, or patients can be greeted with a welcome screen featuring buttons for various options such as "Call Receptionist," "Call Human Resources," or "Parcel Delivery," among others. When a button is clicked, a video call notification is sent to a person or group of people who are logged in to their dashboard at app.virtualfrontdesk.com. The system can also send SMS notifications to mobile phones when a button is clicked on the station. The Virtual Front Desk is the ideal software for my business. Customers can reach out and contact one of our concierges directly and get immediate asssitance.

We love his product!

We love his product!~~ It has increased productivity and reduced cost dramatically. This is a sure step to keep our staff and clients safe and distanced during this pandemic, all the while handling all business securely and privately. I would recommend this product to EVERYONE who must conduct business face to face without having to be "face to face".

PROS

The video call function allowing us to safely greet each customers face to face.

CONS

You need a good Wifi connection. (Which has caused us a few connecting issues)

User friendly and smart!

We are staffing our reception from a distance.

PROS

Its simplicity, it's a great app. Some of our staff wants to work from home and we are often in the shop in the back. It's nice not to worry about customers waiting at the reception.

CONS

We would have loved to use an Ipad, we had to use a Windows tablet instead.
