"Our customer service team is able to be the first line of communication for our customers so that our store members can be focused on the customers that are physically there."

"The admin permissions options aren't amazing, and isn't convenient to assign access to other ICT staff. Since we have multiple sites and don't want to appear in each team, I need to use my supervisors account which has owner level access."
