  • Pros

  • It has a Fantastic reporting tool and It was very easy to setup the soft phone for my office. It is very user friendly and easy to use.
  • We are using 3CX ourselves and are confident to recommend it to everyone. Feature rich IPPBX which will meet everyones needs and being software based will allow great flexibility.
  • Easy setup, easy to understand and the sound quality is wonderful. They have amazing options for reporting and the mobile app has made being tied to your desk a thing of the past.
  • Cons

  • There does not seem to be an SMS feature or at least it is not working for us. Depending on your internet situation and computer specs, the call can be blurry.
  • We used the trial version quietly for 1 year, but due to technical problems due to a codec, it caused a major internal problem where we stayed 3 days without a phone.
  • It signs me out a lot and I have to get an admin to log me back in. That is very frustrating as it takes up both my time and my co-workers.

  • Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract.
  • I really enjoy the clean lay out of the program, it just looks visually appealing while using. Especially the screen that pops up with nice large blue buttons.
  • We utilize Salesforce heavily and the ease of use RingCentral provides with SF is wonderful. Highly Recommend the product if you are looking for a new VoIP provider.
  • Cons

  • I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.
  • These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.
  • There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.
