Haven’t experienced anything that I’m unhappy with.

I also like that the support team is very easy to connect with and reach - which makes it easy as you are trying to get stuff down or fix things.

I like the ability to add additional numbers and forward them to my cell.

Used as a help desk to direct people to appropriate area.

The software for 800.com makes for an easy integration with my business and has been a reliable source for my toll free use and faxing.

They had a good features and the price was good.

For the most part it is easy to use and the dashboard analytics are a great add in to help measure new leads.

It's been so far but I am a new user so can only give a limited review.

The minutes used are no totaled for you until the end of the month. There is no way to see what your usage is unless you add up every call.

Overall its a great software and i have actually recommended it to 4 other small businesses.

The scheduling of the call forwarding seems to cause issues and there is no way of knowing until someone calls one of us directly and tells us.

Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.
