The worst aspect of 8x8 Virtual Office was dealing with their support.

This is an amazing tool to use as the main driver for your CRM/CS operations.

The best feature is the call recording for QA management purposes, it allows you to both load and downloads any phone interactions for you to be able to monitor quality.

This service is great for both inbound and outbound calls coming directly from any type of CRM you are using, it could be custom-built or salesforce directly.

I find it difficult to do anything on 8x8 besides look at my missed calls and voicemails.

We quickly realized that the lack of MMS was a deal breaker and informed the sales person that we would not be moving forward.

I have had a few clients struggle to get into the meetings but honestly that seems to be user-error and there have been no difficulties with mac v. pc, etc.

Great calling app with a lot of features. Connection is generally good if you have LTE or fibre optic wifi.

It's a great platform for streamlining communication between clients and having visibility across multiple platforms.

The app can be somewhat buggy. There are times when the app becomes unstable and takes some time get back to functional.

It is a good system over all. The phones generally seem to work and they are reasonably priced.

I would recommend this software. The softphone is functional and integrates well whether at the office or working from home.

It’s not priced that well compared to competitors that offer more.

Set up to training to just learning all the features so quickly and effortlessly was huge. I was up and running  in 1,2,3.

Limited functionality when it came to routing calls across groups and attempting to integrate video conferencing equipment.

I tried replying to that email as it stated to do so if it was in error only to get an auto reply stating that I reached an email address in error.

Also, the email client was difficult to use and was very glitchy sometimes resulting in losing emails. The customer service was also below par.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Relatively intuitive to use and good functionality.

Several days later our card was charged again, followed by an email stating that we would be charged a cancellation fee.

Terrible Customer Service and They Won't Let You Cancel.

Works great on mobile and desktop. The call quality was overall consistently good and it did integrate with Salesforce.

Thus far my experience has been completely positive. The product is very easy to use.

There are so many cool features to this software. We have used 8x8 for over 5 years now, customer service has always been super helpful if we ever had any issues or questions.

Like I described in the top paragraph, I initially had doubts about the cost. These doubts were crushed when I saw all of the value that this product adds, however it could always be cheaper.

I have used 8x8 with a previous company and the service was solid so I thought it would be a good fit here. It wasn't and the customer service and support was about as bad as it gets.

I enjoyed using this in the office and liked how it would integrate with my salesforce to have one place to use.

We changed phone providers due to a dissatisfaction with poor support resources and difficulty with learning and understanding the admin portal.

Integrated with conference, outlook, etc. Admin console and control better than we had with Fusion/Megapath.

Also, if app on computer desktop is not open then you don’t get chat messages or in coming calls. I have it to automatically open when I start computer but sometimes accidentally close it.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and recommend giving them a try if you're in the market.

The next month comes and my card is charged again.

Very pleased with the overall experience, 8x8 is an amazing tool for Contact Center and call-driven interactions, keep in mind you will still need a softphone  software to sync it with.

It's an all in one solution. I love I can get my phone calls, VM's messages, etc. all in one place.

Easy to use, quite reliable and a must for small businesses.

The seamless integration between the VOIP handsets and mobile app has been great. Call quality has always been clear.

This is cost effective solution for small and growing companies and it's easy to use.

After much research we went with 8x8. Their customer support and ease  of use was the deciding factor.

Ease of use and iOS app. Also, the Office 365 add-in works great.

I liked that I didn't really have to set anything up. My voicemails came directly to my email so I could retrieve them and listen to them quickly.

I like this app and was first introduced to it when I joined a technical support team. It is fast and reliable and has a nice interface which is easy to navigate.

I liked it because it has this great feature of integration with other software like google drive.

Love that it's user friendly and was very easy to set up. It is real easy to communicate with other team members.

Slack is refined, clean, and very user friendly. It integrates with many other tools in our stack and always offers a great experience.

The different channels help to keep conversations organized. The fun features make this instant messaging fun and add flair.

When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.

Overall, I'd say that once a company is used to the mechanisms and abilities of slack, it has the potential to do a lot of good. Once comfortable with it, it is quite efficient and enjoyable.

The best thing about Slack is the ease of use and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively across multiple teams/projects.

I love the feature that allows you to pin links to the header of a channel making it easy for others to access certain documents. In addition,  The Slackbot is a great help tool.

It's really useful, practical and easy to use. Great way to communicate and even fun because you can add your own emogi and use giphy.

It is super user friendly and able to navigate through the platform with ease. It has been money well spent and has helped our business flourish.

I recommend it to everyone I know. More people should use it! perhaps invest more on marketing so that it is more popular among crowds.

The best thing about this software is its easy to use and very useful functions. I love being able to select groups to notify or send announcements easy, essentially getting rid of email.

The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.

What is nice about slack is that you can have multiple channels based on what the communities interests are and that tagging people in messaging is really helpful.

After working in companies that used popular but non ideal instant messaging apps, having a solution as Slack for messaging the team is a lifesaver.

This software is the best source of communication because here are chatting opportunity is always free and reliable.

Allows superb enterprise-level communication. Integrates with other software seamlessly and allows productivity to be maximized.

It has been a great experience, and customer service is helpful and friendly. It is the perfect software to keep in touch given the difficulties of 2020.

Overall it's good, fast and very user friendly once you start using it you will love this app.

Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.

From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.

Super light and easy to use interface. Integration services with Google apps (Calendar, Sheets, etc) are excellent and seamlessly integrated into the conversations.

I love the look and how it is comfortable in the eyes. Functional in all aspects especially the integration with other apps that we use like Time Doctor and Asana.

You can easily confuse groups your in and comment something to the wrong team ( I've done it on many occasions) and confused the heck out of some coworkers.
