The worst aspect of 8x8 Virtual Office was dealing with their support.

This is an amazing tool to use as the main driver for your CRM/CS operations.

The best feature is the call recording for QA management purposes, it allows you to both load and downloads any phone interactions for you to be able to monitor quality.

This service is great for both inbound and outbound calls coming directly from any type of CRM you are using, it could be custom-built or salesforce directly.

I find it difficult to do anything on 8x8 besides look at my missed calls and voicemails.

We quickly realized that the lack of MMS was a deal breaker and informed the sales person that we would not be moving forward.

I have had a few clients struggle to get into the meetings but honestly that seems to be user-error and there have been no difficulties with mac v. pc, etc.

Great calling app with a lot of features. Connection is generally good if you have LTE or fibre optic wifi.

It's a great platform for streamlining communication between clients and having visibility across multiple platforms.

The app can be somewhat buggy. There are times when the app becomes unstable and takes some time get back to functional.

It is a good system over all. The phones generally seem to work and they are reasonably priced.

I would recommend this software. The softphone is functional and integrates well whether at the office or working from home.

It’s not priced that well compared to competitors that offer more.

Set up to training to just learning all the features so quickly and effortlessly was huge. I was up and running  in 1,2,3.

Limited functionality when it came to routing calls across groups and attempting to integrate video conferencing equipment.

I tried replying to that email as it stated to do so if it was in error only to get an auto reply stating that I reached an email address in error.

Also, the email client was difficult to use and was very glitchy sometimes resulting in losing emails. The customer service was also below par.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Relatively intuitive to use and good functionality.

Several days later our card was charged again, followed by an email stating that we would be charged a cancellation fee.

Terrible Customer Service and They Won't Let You Cancel.

Works great on mobile and desktop. The call quality was overall consistently good and it did integrate with Salesforce.

Thus far my experience has been completely positive. The product is very easy to use.

There are so many cool features to this software. We have used 8x8 for over 5 years now, customer service has always been super helpful if we ever had any issues or questions.

Like I described in the top paragraph, I initially had doubts about the cost. These doubts were crushed when I saw all of the value that this product adds, however it could always be cheaper.

I have used 8x8 with a previous company and the service was solid so I thought it would be a good fit here. It wasn't and the customer service and support was about as bad as it gets.

I enjoyed using this in the office and liked how it would integrate with my salesforce to have one place to use.

We changed phone providers due to a dissatisfaction with poor support resources and difficulty with learning and understanding the admin portal.

Integrated with conference, outlook, etc. Admin console and control better than we had with Fusion/Megapath.

Also, if app on computer desktop is not open then you don’t get chat messages or in coming calls. I have it to automatically open when I start computer but sometimes accidentally close it.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and recommend giving them a try if you're in the market.

The next month comes and my card is charged again.

Very pleased with the overall experience, 8x8 is an amazing tool for Contact Center and call-driven interactions, keep in mind you will still need a softphone  software to sync it with.

It's an all in one solution. I love I can get my phone calls, VM's messages, etc. all in one place.

Easy to use, quite reliable and a must for small businesses.

The seamless integration between the VOIP handsets and mobile app has been great. Call quality has always been clear.

This is cost effective solution for small and growing companies and it's easy to use.

After much research we went with 8x8. Their customer support and ease  of use was the deciding factor.

Ease of use and iOS app. Also, the Office 365 add-in works great.

I liked that I didn't really have to set anything up. My voicemails came directly to my email so I could retrieve them and listen to them quickly.

I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.

It is a comfortable experience, as user and IT help desk doing troubleshoot to this application, easy to use and easy for the user.

This is best software for communication. It is highly recommend for video calls because the video quality is higher than other softwares.

I was very happy with the customer service we received as we were deciding to upgrade our account, and I love that I can use it on my phone but also as an app on my computer.

What I like most about this software is that it is reliable and provides a much better user experience than the competition.

It offers better quality in video calls. Cloud storage for recordings is an awesome feature of the software.

It's amazing what a clean, clear interface can do to provide clarity before a meeting or conference call. That is not what Zoom offers.

Great and easy to use overall. Love the ability to integrate it into Outlook and use that as a means to book meetings and join them.

This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.

Everyone knows how to use it, you can use it on any device because you have specific apps and it works seamlessly. So it's kind of the most popular meeting software which everyone knows how to use it.

I think its a great software to facilitate meetings and  feel like you are in the same room as others. I love using the different backgrounds.

I love he fact that its free for 40 minute meetings. I love gathering my team for training on this lovely app.

The integration with Outlook and Slack is a game-changer. The ease of use for our customers and other folks (like our board members!) helps us look professional and reliable.

It has been very helpful in conducting meetings during the pandemic. The voice and video clarity is great.

They make it super easy to use, the video and audio quality are great, and the chatbox to type in is a great additional feature.

BUT with 2020 and organizing remote events for large audiences, Zoom has been great and a life-saver.

When we switched to online learning at the beginning of the pandemic, I was so thrilled that this software was easy to use.

The ability to seamlessly involve hundreds of participants at the same time  as well as easy UI makes Zoom an amazing alternative to other competitors.

I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.

We love being able to hold meetings and the ease of inviting and logging on is worth the money spent on this service.

My favorite thing about this software is the price: FREE. You can't beat that, but not only is the software free the basic functionality that come with the free account are great.

Nothing so much to complain about the tool but sometimes the integration with google calender does not work properly.

I love how user friendly this application is. It was a breeze to purchase and sign up, the customer service is amazing.

This is the most user friendly platform of its kind and it is very reliable to work all throughout the day.

The experience was great and good product but the price isn't where it needs to be for small and medium-sized businesses to take advantage.

If you have set it to 9.30am, if somebody has technical problems at their end they will miss it because one cannot change the time from 9.30am to later.

Calls were often hacked and weird things would occur. This was hands down scary, created paranoia, and just an overall bad vibe.

Ease of use (even my elderly mom can use it!), no fee for 40 min option, good quality, well-known & respected; screen share option is nice; polls are nice.

The integration to select browsers has been a life-saver and I'd say the price is more affordable than other software in its category.

It's very easy to use, I just literally just click a button to start and that was it, the quality was great.

Was simple to integrate into Outlook so scheduling meetings is a breeze. Connection quality is superb even internationally.

I love that I can give my students the ability to write and draw on the screen, which can create more of a sense of community within the class as well.

Recently I read that Zoom had a security vulnerability, I'm worried about that and about the info hackers could get from my computer.

The ability to integrate external video devices is great for connecting broadcast equipment and have better quality meetings.

If your wifi connect is bad it can cut in and out. Whenever someone enters the meeting a sound plays that can be very annoying when your trying to listen to a presentation and someone joins late.

I honestly am not sure if it is one of the users in the meeting or if it internet related or what. However, the sound sometimes echos really bad and then the delay can be frustrating.
