It was good to have the ability for remote learning. You could be joined into a private chat room when needing one on one and it was good introduction to other software programs like zoom.

I haven't had anything major go bad while using Adobe Connect but I do think they could afford to drop the cost just a bit.

Adobe Connect has allowed me to join to oficial Adobe webinars with great artists and designers which has been great.

Sometimes, it is difficult for some participants to set their microphone correctly. However, this is a general problem of all such communication devices.

It seems like this would be a good piece of software, if I could ever get it to work. Seems cool but I've never had an in depth user experience.

Another very positive factor of this software, is the quality in audio and video in their videoconferences, the best.

Photo editing options is my favourite things in this software.when I use it my photo quality is better than any normal photo.

Our company uses this for presentation and training, and the experience has been great. I enjoy how it allows so many users to connect to a meeting, and you can share your screen during presentations.

Another benefit is the backing of Adobe and their consistently high quality customer service (at least in my experience!).

Also maintaining high levels of quality in video and audio helps to conduct the effective conference and take good desisions.

Great advantages of using adobe connect is that it automatically connects and integrates with existing video conference rooms which is super helpful.

Adobe sell image editing software such as Photoshop, so the image editor has very good function and easy to use. I was able to use the trial version for free for the first month, which was very good.

It is very user friendly and pretty reliable source to connect to other agents that are working remotely.

It has a lot of great features such as the ability to share video, conduct polls, share documents, and share screens. It has a sleek, modern interface and is easy to master.

One of the easiest apps of this kind to use  and unlike others it does not crash constantly. The simplicity of use is great.

I literally just used Adobe connect yesterday for a focus group and it was awesome, easy to use and clean for everyone.

Sometimes, for seemingly no reason, the software will lag. Chat likely can’t contain multiple days conversations without severely slowing audio.

The user experience of the product is quite good for me. Lots of functionalities as compared to other similar products.

Awful experience, won't use it again unless it's the only choice.

As with all Adobe Products, the user interface is flawless and the program seamlessly integrates into your existing software suite.

Apart from this difficulty to use it I have no more negative aspects to mention of this software.

It doesn't requires to install additional software you can run the app from your browser, it also supports a mobile app, and integration of extensions that can be loaded on your sessions.

You have to deal with retailer instead of directly with Adobe. Also, there is only Annual subscription and lack a shorter term.

This also supports mobile platforms. With email integration, users can be sent an invitation to events and set reminders.

I like how easy it is to set up and use. The dashboard is very friendly.

There are only two things that I dislike about Grasshopper. The plan pricing is the first on my list.

I would call in and either be put on hold, or be told it was a Ruby problem. And of course the Ruby people said it was a Grasshopper issue.

I'm very happy that I found this app. If you stick with it, you'll learn so much and on your own time too.

Overall our experience has been good. Customer service is quick and helpful.

TERRIBLE customer service. The online settings interface is horribly non-intuitive.

So, if they don't apply to you, you are lost for a while unless you call and wait on hold.

If you business grows, you will soon find it too limiting. What disappoints me the most is, Grasshopper doesn't have a way to export or backup your text messages.

It's competitively priced and easy to use. As for functionality, it connects with whatever other phone line you have through forwarding and it also sends an email with a voice message recording.

For the cost it can't be beat, it performs just as well as much more expensive VoIP products with the same amount of simplicity and reliability.

The idea of being able to take the calls from your phone using this app, without giving your actual phone number, and the possibility to integrate with other softwares is great.

This system has for sure help our business grow. We are very satisfied with Grasshopper and look forward keep on taking advantage of this reliable and affordable Virtual Phone System.

I then spend hours trying to figure out the billing and on being on hold with customer service reps to sort out the problem. The billing was a complete mess and I never got an explanation for it.

It was very easy to begin using, not a ton of set up required, very easy to reach technical support when issues arose.

Its amazing features make our job so much easier; receiving telephone calls from our international clients right from our computer at no cost to them but yet very affordable for us.

Some of my favorite features are visual voicemail, conference calling, Wi-Fi calling, virtual fax, and business texting.

Even better is I can access the business line from all of my devices. And even better than that is my business partner can also access the same business line from their mobile devices as well.

What we like about this phone app are. Affordability - for a startup LLC, this phone app is competitively priced.

I like that they offer toll free vanity numbers. I can receive faxes on the same number which is great and there are 3 extensions.
