AirePBX Software


 

AireSpring AirePBX is a Web-based phone system for businesses with up to 1,000 employees. In addition to hosted PBX service, AireSpring offers SIP trunking for a single-provider VoIP solution.

In addition to managed routers, AireSpring also provides a managed enterprise session border controller (E-SBC) to help ensure call quality by controlling voice and data traffic. AireSpring is a provider of business Internet service as well as voice services, and thus, can offer customers a fully managed connection for its SIP trunking service (as opposed to receiving SIP trunking service and Internet service from different providers).

AirePBX users can access a range of PBX features, such as call control, an auto attendant with interactive voice response (IVR) and hunt groups via a self-management Web portal (AireSpring Online). Free on-site installation is provided.

Very surprised this sofware is not more popular

I have not really had any issues with the software but the one time I did have to call it turned out the issue was with phone settings and they identified and fixed it fast.

Pros

After using many other phone systems this is the most streamline and reliable. But overall I feel the best part is the price for the amount of features and support.
