User Experiance
The quality of audio and video was great. Interface and navigation is easy for all range of customers.
PROSIt was easy to install and use. User interface clear and easy to understand for all range of user.
CONSIt made my phone really hot and battery usage was high

Chat and live meetings.
Avria enables collaborative meetings with colleagues allowing a more fluid exchange of documents; it offers real-time, group and private chat; you can share screens with your colleagues and record meetings and calls to generate more targeted reports.
PROSI like Avria because: It allows you to keep track of conversations and meetings. It allows you to organize meetings with polls and comments. It helps to improve interconnectivity between work teams.
CONSIt is a little known software, it is the only limitation that I find because it is superior to other similar software that I know.

Very functional and efficient way to chat face to face from your web site.
Integration with the website is so easy, once you set the api, you can chat with clients face to face, share docs, presentations, and do meetings. It's also beneficial that you make visual communication with clients, end user, etc, it helps to solve problems faster and thorough. Support team is also doing their best for client satisfaction, thank you for making my life and business easier and better.
PROSIntegration to website was quick and easy. Visual communication is better than writing, document sharing is superb. Problems easily understood and solved.
CONSI am not a tech person and always kept my distance to such technological things, at start I was afraid to handle it but I saw that it's so simple and easy to use.

PROSArvia has a clean user interface and allocated embedded code to paste on website index to add video button.
CONSSo far, I haven’t encountered missing capability nor features hard to use.

Easy to use
It's easy to use, no need to set up, just need to be login.
PROSIt works on every device, easy to connect and use. It's good to be its works on every browser.
CONSThere is image mirroring on the video call screen. It can cause distraction when screen sharing is done during a call. Browser permission to the camera and microphone forever does not feel very secure.
