AT&T UC Voice is a cloud-based business Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution that enables employees to communicate and collaborate via Internet Protocol (IP) phone, video phone and softphone.

AT&T UC Voice's Single Number Reach feature allows executives to access calls on different devices such as desk phones and mobile phones via a single number.This product also provides multiple call features, such as call forwarding, call hold, call park, call pickup, call transfer, do-not-disturb and message dashboard.

AT&T UC Voice's Unified Messaging feature integrates multiple voicemails into a single voicemail box. In addition, the solution allows real-time access to users' voicemails via desk phones. The system's Meet-Me feature enables users to set up conference calls and telephonic discussions.

Support options include community and via phone. The system integrates with Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Lync, which enables users to leverage existing infrastructure.
