Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service is very high quality. The database is real time. The layout is nice as well as the ease-of -use.

  • Tooling is great and easy to use. It offers much more customization without having to contact the vendor than anyone else. Customer service is stellar across all teams.

  • Cons

  • I do wish the interface of the system was a little more updated, but it overall, it gets the job done!

  • Their web portal will have odd issues every now and then where you are unable to perform certain tasks but it does not affect service and they are quick to remediate the issue.

  • Pros

  • I love the app for your phone, makes it all so easier and in the same system.

  • Easy to use, great practice integration, easy to use app!

  • Cons

  • Customer support is pretty good, but could be more timely.

  • Mass texting only works for one day at a time. We love to do giveaways and it would be great if we could set up a mass text to send to all of our patients.
