Pros
- Broadvoice Bhive / Cloud PBX is a great, easy to use UC software application. It's easy for the customer and it's easy for the administrator and/or I.T. person to navigate through and use.
- Customer service is great. I always speak with friendly and helpful people every time we need help, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is always prompt with us.
Cons
- We would not receive a response until 7:30p our time and, despite specific instructions to contact my cell, they would call the office and leave a message.
- I least like their customer service. The customer service reps usually have no idea how to fix the product and most times are downright rude.
Pros
- The value of the comprehensive business package for the very affordable price.
- I liked the usability with RingCentral. I was able to change the phone number on caller id very simply and it was a great integration with Salesforce.
Cons
- There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.
- The only complaint I have is that if you dont start your meeting within 5 minutes of logging into the meeting then the system kicks you out and you gave to call back in and start over.
