Phone App - alternative to mobile. Amazing costumer support - they reply in the chat very fast.

Lack of voice mail drop and sms sequences was annoying in that i had to find different solutions to then stitch together.

Both of them have accurately walked me through and helped me understand and navigate the dashboard with ease and convenience. Customer support is very essential to me - and they've nailed it.

Great integration with HubSpot, and the click-to-dial feature from within HubSpot has pretty much solved the issue of needing to shrink the dialpad.

The lack of paying attention to detail in the web pages was evident in similar problems that occurred getting the software to work.

There are times when connections drop, and this can cause inconvenience.

Its cheap, user friendly and more importantly the support team is superb.

Quality of the call is very good and text messages are good.

Pricing is a little costly. Because I am a startup I feel it costly.

I am using the application for four weeks and it provides me everything which I need. Customer Service is very  good.

There are only two things that I dislike about Grasshopper. The plan pricing is the first on my list.

I would call in and either be put on hold, or be told it was a Ruby problem. And of course the Ruby people said it was a Grasshopper issue.

TERRIBLE customer service. The online settings interface is horribly non-intuitive.

So, if they don't apply to you, you are lost for a while unless you call and wait on hold.

If you business grows, you will soon find it too limiting. What disappoints me the most is, Grasshopper doesn't have a way to export or backup your text messages.

It's competitively priced and easy to use. As for functionality, it connects with whatever other phone line you have through forwarding and it also sends an email with a voice message recording.

For the cost it can't be beat, it performs just as well as much more expensive VoIP products with the same amount of simplicity and reliability.

The idea of being able to take the calls from your phone using this app, without giving your actual phone number, and the possibility to integrate with other softwares is great.

This system has for sure help our business grow. We are very satisfied with Grasshopper and look forward keep on taking advantage of this reliable and affordable Virtual Phone System.

I then spend hours trying to figure out the billing and on being on hold with customer service reps to sort out the problem. The billing was a complete mess and I never got an explanation for it.

It was very easy to begin using, not a ton of set up required, very easy to reach technical support when issues arose.

Its amazing features make our job so much easier; receiving telephone calls from our international clients right from our computer at no cost to them but yet very affordable for us.

Some of my favorite features are visual voicemail, conference calling, Wi-Fi calling, virtual fax, and business texting.

Even better is I can access the business line from all of my devices. And even better than that is my business partner can also access the same business line from their mobile devices as well.

What we like about this phone app are. Affordability - for a startup LLC, this phone app is competitively priced.

I like that they offer toll free vanity numbers. I can receive faxes on the same number which is great and there are 3 extensions.
