Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • very easy to use and terrific reporting features

  • Great reports and easy to access phone recordings. Highly recommended!!

  • Layout seems a little out dated but other than that really no problems.

  • Reporting was a little hard to learn, but once I got it; became a piece of cake.

  • Easy to use and install was quick. Really enjoyed using the software!

  • Very easy to use, user friendly, quality of software is very satisfying

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it's a little hard to hear, and there is a lag in video. but other than that it definitely does it's purpose.

  • The new version has very visible and accessible controls but at times they overshadow portions of the small portions of the screen when presentations are shared.
