Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great reports and easy to access phone recordings. Highly recommended!!

  • I like that the whole product is very user friendly.

  • Cons

  • I had a little trouble, at first, with the interface but the support team walked me through it many times until I felt comfortable on my own. They have endless patience.

  • I do not like that fact that we get graded on things that our company has opted out of and lowers our overall score.

  • Pros

  • The free version of this software is great, there was no down-time, very easy to use, and not complicated for the older generation.

  • I love that it is so easy to use. Everything is very self explanatory and it is almost impossible to get confused while using it. I also like that I can choose my own URL for meetings.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes when using the browser only feature there have been glitches where the screen with need to be reloaded. But above all the pros vastly exceed the cons.

  • At times, the service can freeze and tend to lag on the other person's end, but never a sufficient amount to where it causes substantial issues. Otherwise I'm completely happy with this service.
